The goal: to replace the 4 existing McQuay rooftop units with new, more efficient units with no work-week down time.
Working closely with the Engineer and McQuay we were able to provide new units that had an identical footprint to the existing units. The new units used the existing curbs and roof penetrations, which allowed for direct replacement and the ability to replace all 4 rooftop systems over the course of one weekend.
